We accept cash, checks and credit/debit payment for services. Checks and cash can be left in a visible area the day of the scheduled cleaning. Credit/debit cards can be automatically charged the day of the cleaning. Payments must be made or collected before the cleaning begins on the day of the scheduled cleaning.
Our recurring clients pay for a consistent spot on our schedule. Therefore, any gaps in our regular schedule due to the cancellation/rescheduling of any service will result in a $35 cancellation fee. Fee will only be charged if the service is not rescheduled at least 12 hours before the day of the scheduled service. We appreciate all of your efforts to ensure that everyone knows ahead of any schedule changes.
